Hi Guy's hope you can all make it to our Autumn Show on Saturday 13th Lots of fabulous displays to see in the Horticultural section, with all the lush homegrown veg and super dooper flowers, wonderful floral displays, domestic section to feast your eyes upon, rocky road crispy cakes, lemon drizzle cake, golden shorties and more. Handicraft wow what a lot of talented people we have in our mist! Amature Photography! another wow and much more to see. Homemade Jams, chutneys and home grown produce for sale. Refreshment available, kettle will be on for a nice brew and a slice of delicious homemade cake.
See you there doors open 3pm!

Fabulous afternoon at the Halstead Horticultural Autumn Show. yesterday Saturday 6th September lovely weather albeit a bit windy and blowing the gazebo off the musicians. Super friendly people and some fantastic exhibits, good mixture of stalls, lots of raffles going on and super music coming from the band, eventually after the gazebo incident! lol, we then enjoyed nice music whilst having a delicious cup of tea and cake on the lawn outside. great experience, thank you Halstead!

Hi Guy's just a quick peek into what's going down, at our Autumn Flower Show Saturday 13th September St. Mark's Church Hall, Biggin Hill, Kent doors open 3pm Come along and see all the fabulous displays that people have made and grown, you'll be amazed!
PS Homemade jams, chutneys plus home grown potatoes, runners and more for sale. Refreshments, tea, coffee and home made cake to enjoy!

BIGGIN HILL HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY Hi guy's just another reminder of my last reminder about our Autumn Show Saturday September 13th and its getting closer! There's lots of categories for you to enter into, apart from all the Horticultural Section with all the fab homegrown veggies, home nurtured Dahlias, roses, and all the other flowers thats in the schedule. There's the domestic section, handicraft, photography, floral, which reminds me to give all my lovely floral people who enter that section a nudge (Categories are: 78 Artist Pallet and 79 Evergreen) if you need any Oasis for your displays I have plenty so message me.
If anyone wants any more information on the other categories I've mentioned, and you'd like to enter, please message me for more details.
Posters attached with details of the Autumn Flower Show below, I have also attached details of our next talk thats on Sept 17th as it's very soon after the show and I don't want you to miss that either!
So looking forward to seeing you all at the Show with your super dooper displays! or just pop in for a coffee/tea and homemade cake. Show day doors open to the public 3pm, if entering please bring your displays the morning of the show between 8.30 - 11.45 to set up!

Hey look what I've just found in my garden! Earthstar Fungi, never seen this fungi before! Pretty amazing really weird and freaky but how wonderful is nature?

Just having a tidy up in the garden as Autumn isn’t far away, repositioning my fairy houses so they can see the light of day, been buried amongst the over growth, weeds snd plants for the past few years! In need of a little TLC but not bad for the amount of years they’ve been in the garden!
