I have great strengths in my customer service skills gained through my volunteering with 3 different charities since 2009, also I have gained qualifications in Employability and personal development, ECDL level 2 and a Level 3 Customer Service qualification. I am an outgoing and hardworking person, capable of multi-tasking with a kind nature who is always willing to learn more to help out others when needed. I always ensure that any job I do is of a high standard of accuracy. I am a punctual and reliable team member who is also used to working on his own initiative. A very fast learner and always keen to develop myself with further knowledge. I am patient, sociable and enjoy helping people complete tasks, which they may need assistance to complete themselves. I am a good communicator and have excellent computer skills.
