Sarah Clifford started her fascination with health of the mind – body – spirit 10 years ago. After practicing Reiki for many years prior in Asia Sarah was introduced to Auricular Acupuncture in dealing with addiction. Whilst witnessing the incredible success of this treatment, carried on to finish the Comprehensive Diploma in Auricular Acupuncture together with ElectroAuricular Therapy. The purpose of Ayurveda is to connect the body/mind and spirit. Once this balance has been reached it encourages wellness and prevents illness. Bringing together these two therapies results in a bespoke treatment for whatever ails the client, mental or physical. A holistic bespoke approach to a healthier and happier way of living.
