On Saturday I had the absolute pleasure of working at a weekend yoga retreat providing treatments to 15 lovely ladies. This was the second year running that I’ve done it and will be back there for a third time next year.

The venue was Great Higham Barn, near Sittingbourne and what a fantastic place for a retreat!
