With Christmas around the corner, the winter season can be busy & exciting. But often this can lead to feeling stressed, pressured & overwhelmed. And for many, we may feel isolated, disconnected & lonely. Taking care of ourselves during the cold, dark months can sometimes seems challenging, but even small moments of daily self care can make all the difference.

Many of us will experience trauma at some point in our life. Recognising that we have experienced trauma can often be the first step in addressing the impact that trauma has upon our life and relationships.
