These awards exist to recognise the care workforce who go above and beyond for the most vulnerable people in our communities. To be shortlisted is a genuine honour — but the real credit belongs to our incredible team, who show up every single day with compassion, dedication and a commitment to doing things properly.

💙 Investing in our team — because amazing and safe care starts with training our team.
This week, some of our newest team members completed their First Aid and CPR certification, while several of our experienced carers took the opportunity for a refresher - we make sure our carers have all the training they need to be there for our clients.
A huge thank you to our training partners at Bailey Training UK for delivering such an engaging and thorough session. Our clients and their families can feel confident that every Elmes Homecare carer arrives not just with compassion, but with the skills to back it up.
