I believe that mental and physical health is one of the most valuable assets we have, and am passionate about helping people find the tools to help them optimise what they have and to be the best they can be. I am a teacher of mindfulness and compassion and have been teaching for just over 5 years. I teach the world renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course, I offer 6-week introduction to mindfulness courses, a 4-week self-compassion course, one-to-ones with clients, mindfulness for kids and mindfulness in the workplace. I trained with MindfulnessUK, one of the leading teaching organisations in the UK, and continue to work with them for supervision and ongoing learning for my professional development.

Autumn Reset - Mindfulness Course

NEW COURSE DATES:

My next online 8-week Mindfulness Course begins in October.

The course is open to all adults (18+) and no Mindfulness experience is necessary.

➡️ Dates: From Friday 4th October to 22nd November (weekly)
➡️ Time: 9.30am - 11.30am
➡️ Location: Zoom
