Autumn Reset - Mindfulness Course
NEW COURSE DATES:
My next online 8-week Mindfulness Course begins in October.
The course is open to all adults (18+) and no Mindfulness experience is necessary.
➡️ Dates: From Friday 4th October to 22nd November (weekly)
➡️ Time: 9.30am - 11.30am
➡️ Location: Zoom
