I contacted Sara in 2022 as I needed support and someone to talk to. I was incredibly low, I was struggling with depression and addiction and couldn't see a reason to carry on.
From our first session I was met with understanding and non-judgement, Sara showed me empathy and helped me to process my feelings, even when that just meant giving me a space to cry.
I saw her regularly for just over 2 years, she was accommodating to my needs and always managed to see me if I needed a session.
Sara walked alongside me, I felt held and able to move towards acceptance of myself. Sara supported me to start truly living again.
My mum passed away quite suddenly last year and Sara was a great support through my bereavement.
During our time together I have gained a much better understanding of myself and feel I have the tools necessary to help me in the future.

Are you feeling angry!

Have you explored what feelings might be going on underneath the anger?
It can be quiet interesting to explore what you maybe really feeling.
