Although we are now closer to the end of January and the days are slowly becoming lighter for longer, here are a few tips to help with low mood attached to this time of year.
Excercise: A short walk can improve mood.
Socialize: Connect with friends and family whenever possible.
Plan: Set yourself small but achievable goals.
Be Patient: This is a temporary feeling and it will pass.
