Hey everyone!

I know how tough it can be to lose weight and keep it off. I've been there myself! I help people ditch the diets and focus on building healthy habits that actually stick. Think of me as your partner in this – we'll get there together!

What are your biggest challenges when it comes to weight loss?

I'll start! Mine was definitely sugar! Those cravings felt impossible to beat, and dieting didn't help, only made them worse, but I found a way to manage them sustainably without cutting anything out completely.

Alfie couldn't straighten his leg due to playing football on a leg that wasn't ready for it, the top photo are of him trying to straighten it as much as possible, he was limping and in severe pain after the muscles cramped up and pulled the knee out of place/in the wrong direction. 😳

After a few hours of rolling, stretching and specific exercise based on his muscles helped pull the knee back in place, get rid of the constant pain, and stop it feeling like it was being pulled apart. πŸ₯³ This is the bottom two photos.

Now to get back on track in strengthening the leg, hip and knee to enable him to play football again without being laid up for days or weeks later! πŸ’ͺ
