It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Alex, a true force of nature who lived life with an open heart and healing hands.
A vibrant soul and a pillar of our community, Alex was more than a muscle therapist; she was a healer, a listener, and a friend to everyone who walked through their door. Whether she was working out a knot or offering a piece of hard-earned wisdom, she did so with that signature Aussie warmth and a spirit of unmatched generosity.
Alex saw the world through a holistic lens, believing that when we heal the body, we soothe the soul. She spent her life ensuring those around her stood a little taller and breathed a little easier. While her hands are now at rest, the vibrancy and light she brought into our lives will continue to ripple through all of us.
In true Alex fashion, let’s celebrate a life lived at full throttle—full of kindness, laughter, and a deep love for the game of life.

While Alex is out of action we have enlisted the magic hands of lovely Ben to fix your aches and pains he is an experienced muscle therapist, sports massage therapist and acupuncturist. He will be in the clinic Mondays and Tuesdays please support him as this will in turn support Alex as well as your wellbeing.
