Recently we celebrated crowning our Greatest Loosers in our groups. Between all 5 of my sessions those members lost over 51 stone in weight between the 5 of them!
Absolutely crazy life changing right there. Here they all are receiving their certificates in group. I’m one hell of a proud consultant of all my members each and every week all through their journeys. But felt even prouder hearing how these ladies had changed their lives and loving life to the full now.

Last night I was feeling really under the weather and couldn’t be bothered to cook a big meal. So I made this….
Chips - cheese and gravy.

Another milestone achieved for our gorgeous Fiona Carter in our Friday morning.

What an achievement to loose 18.5 stones. This ladies resilience this year has been outstanding. When the going gets tough Fiona got tougher and pushed through.
