📖 Client Story: From Fatigued to Flourishing

This client came to one of our practitioners feeling constantly tired, foggy-headed and frustrated. Despite several tests having been done, there had been no answers to explain the symptoms.

Using kinesiology, the practitioner discovered sensitivities to certain foods, imbalances in the adrenals and nervous system, and lots of emotional stress being held in the body.

Working layer by layer to rebalance the body over a few sessions and after following a personalised plan between sessions, the client's energy began to return.

She finally felt like herself again.

🙌 It’s amazing what the body can reveal when we listen.

Symptoms are the only way the body can tell us something is off balance. Using specific tools and techniques, we can return the body and its systems to a state of homeostasis (balance) so that you begin to feel normal again.

If you've ever felt like you’re doing all the right things but something still feels out of kilter, kinesiology might just be the missing link you need.

✨ Healing Modalities: Similar Goal, Different Pathways ✨

When people contact me for help I often get asked about the differences between the therapies I offer and how they can support their problem. Here’s a simple way to think of them:

🌿 Kinesiology – like having a conversation with your body. It uses gentle muscle testing to identify stress, imbalances, or blocks and helps restore balance.

Core idea: It’s like having a conversation with the body.

How it works: Gentle muscle testing is used to “ask” the body where stress, imbalance, or blocked energy is held. The body gives biofeedback through the strength/weakness of muscles.

What it supports:
💚 Identifying physical, emotional, nutritional, or energetic stressors.
💛 Balancing the nervous system.
🧡 Gently releasing stored trauma or tension.
💙 Unique aspect: It works directly with the body’s innate intelligence, finding root causes rather than just symptoms.

🌸 Reiki & Seichem– a flow of universal life-force energy, channelled through the hands, bringing deep relaxation and supporting your body’s natural healing ability.

Core idea: A universal life-force energy flows through everything, Reiki channels this energy to restore balance.

How it works: The practitioner places their hands lightly on or above the body, allowing energy to flow to where it is most needed.

What it supports:
❤️ Deep relaxation + stress relief.
Rebalancing energy centres (chakras).
💙 Gentle emotional release.
🧡 Supporting natural healing processes.

Unique aspect: The energy has its own intelligence, it flows where it needs to go without being “directed” by the practitioner.

🎶 Frequency Healing – working with vibration, sound and energy fields to shift your system into harmony, it is rather like tuning an instrument back into the right note.

Core idea: Everything has a vibration. When our system is “out of tune,” introducing the right frequencies helps restore harmony.

How it works: Can involve sound (e.g. tuning forks, singing bowls), devices (like the Healy), or subtle energy frequencies. These vibrations interact with the body’s field to shift it into balance.

What it supports:
💚 Realigning energy fields.
💜 Lifting emotional blocks.
🤍 Supporting cellular balance + vitality.
🧡 Creating a sense of lightness + flow.

Unique aspect: It’s like “tuning an instrument”, bringing your body, mind, and spirit back into resonance with its natural healthy frequency.

💫 They may look different, but each offers a doorway back to balance, calm, and connection.

👉 I’d love to know, which one do you feel most drawn to right now,
Kinesiology, Reiki & Seichem, or Frequency Healing?

🍂✨ Welcome September ✨🍂

As summer gently gives way to autumn, nature reminds us that change is a natural rhythm of life. The days shorten, the air cools, and the trees begin their graceful release. 🍁

Just like the seasons, we too move through cycles of growth, letting go, and renewal. September invites us to slow down, ground ourselves and nurture our inner balance. 💚

This is a beautiful time to:
🌟 Release what no longer serves you, just as the trees release their leaves.
🌟 Reconnect with your body and energy, listening to what you truly need.
🌟 Support your nervous system with rest, nourishment, and gentle healing practices.
🌟 Set intentions for the final chapter of the year, aligned with your deeper self.

What is your intention for September?

Remember, change doesn’t need to feel overwhelming, it can be a reminder that we are always evolving, always supported and always capable of renewal. 🍂💛

How are you feeling as we step into this new season?

✨ Take a Moment Today ✨

Amidst the busyness of life, it’s easy to forget that we are held, supported and safe to simply be.

Today, give yourself permission to pause.
🌺 Place your feet on the earth (or imagine roots growing deep into the earth).
🌸 Take a slow breath in… and a long breath out.
🌼 Feel your body soften as you bring yourself into this present moment.

Grounding isn’t something we do, it’s something we allow. The Earth meets us when we slow down enough to notice.🌳

Even just a minute of stillness can reset your nervous system, calm your mind and reconnect you to yourself.

✨ Take that moment today. You deserve it. ✨

🔥 Tired of acid reflux or heartburn after meals?

Sometimes it’s not just what you eat, but how you combine foods.

Different food groups take varying amounts of time to digest. Fruits digest quickly, followed by carbohydrates, and then proteins and fats, which take the longest.

By strategically combining foods, you can potentially minimise acid reflux.

😊Foods That May Help

Low-Acid Fruits:
Bananas, melons (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew), and pears are good choices.

Vegetables:
Leafy greens (spinach, kale, lettuce), broccoli, green beans, and fennel are often well-tolerated.

Whole Grains:
Oatmeal, brown rice, and quinoa are good sources of fiber, which can aid digestion.

Lean Proteins:
Chicken breast (skin removed), fish, and egg whites are generally easier to digest than fatty meats.

Ginger:
Ginger tea or ginger chews can help soothe the stomach.

Foods with high water content:
Celery, cucumber and watermelon can help dilute stomach acid, according to Hopkins Medicine.

❌Foods to Limit or Avoid

High-Fat Foods: Fried foods, fatty meats, and creamy sauces can slow down digestion and increase the risk of reflux.

Acidic Foods: Citrus fruits, tomatoes, and spicy foods can irritate the esophagus.

Caffeinated and Carbonated Drinks: These can stimulate acid production and worsen reflux.

Alcohol: Can relax the lower esophageal sphincter, making it easier for acid to flow back up.

⭐Practical Tips:

Smaller, More Frequent Meals: Instead of large meals, try eating smaller portions more often to reduce the volume of food in your stomach.

Proper Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially between meals.

Avoid Eating Before Bed: Allow at least 2-3 hours between your last meal and bedtime to prevent reflux while lying down

Consider Food Combining Rules:

✅Eat fruits on an empty stomach, or with minimal other foods

✅Combine proteins with non-starchy vegetables

✅Combine starchy foods with non-starchy vegetables

Be Mindful of Portions: Even healthy foods can trigger reflux if eaten in large quantities.

Keep a Food Diary: Track what you eat and how your symptoms react to identify your personal triggers because what works for one person might not work for another.

➡Important Note: While food combining can be helpful, it's not a substitute for medical advice. If you experience frequent or severe acid reflux, consider seeing your local kinesiologist for personalised insights and recommendations.

This months Weekly Insights Email theme has been all about Returning to Self: Healing Doubt, Worry & Anxiety”

Each week we have walked together through self-doubt, worry, and anxiety.

We softened the inner critic, met anxiety with compassion, and finally, returned to something we often forget we have, inner trust. 💛

Trust isn’t about getting everything right. It’s about learning to listen to your body, honouring the small wins and remembering that your intuition has always been there, quietly guiding you.

As this month closes, I invite you to pause… hand on heart… and whisper to yourself:
🌱 “I trust myself. I trust my path.”

Next month, I'm not sure yet what we will be exploring, if you have any suggestions or of there is something you would love to work on I would love to hear from you. I would love for you to continue the journey with me. If you haven’t already, you can sign up for my free Weekly Insights Email subscribepage.io/lW8ycF and receive gentle tools and practices straight to your inbox. 🌿

With love,
Toni 💚

Great suggestion from our wonderful Kinesiology Association.

So many struggle on holiday with their tummy so make sure your tummy is good before you go and take Saccharomyces with you.

If you are struggling to get your gut in balance, kinesiology is a great place to start.

If you would love have help with this then message me to book in. 💚

✈️ Going on holiday?

Don’t let tummy troubles ruin your trip!

Saccharomyces boulardii, a beneficial yeast probiotic, can help support your digestion while you travel.

It's great for overall gut support and has been shown to reduce the risk of common issues while travelling, like diarrhoea and upset tummies. It's great at helping to balance and restore microbiome after changes in diet and/or water.

Packing Saccharomyces alongside your suncream and passport might be the simple solution to keeping your gut happy on holiday. 🌴

Today brought a truly special visit to one of my favourite places. 💚

I was delighted to add a beautiful new healing tool to my practice, something my clients will soon be benefiting from.

It was also a joy to connect with the inspiring Carla-Leonna Aurora and gather more healing tools to share through my little shop. Encounters like these remind me how much magic flows when we collaborate and support one another. ✨

I’m excited to announce that, in the near future, Carla and I will be co-hosting healing workshops in Glastonbury. I will also begin offering therapy sessions at her beautiful shop in The Gauntlet, Glastonbury.💚🌟💫

This feels like the beginning of a wonderful new chapter and I can’t wait to welcome you into it. 💚
