Counselling and Health Hey, Welcome to the Counselling & Health page. I'm Angelina Ray, and I'm a Qualified Counsellor MB

My experience not only as a qualified Integrative Counsellor but also in my past working industry includes working to overcome:

�identity
�lack of confidence,
�loneliness,
�anxiety,
�relationship issues,
�separation and loss. I also have extensive training on working with survivors of sexual abuse. I have continued to focus on heath and well being and spent some years as a fitness instructor as I found exercise a great tool for self empowerment. I like to focus on the mindset of success and abundance, with a passion in healing and facilitating fundamental changes. My training as a Reiki Master has given me holistic depth especially when it comes to working in reflective practice . I use my experiences and knowledge to inspire and facilitate growth with self fulfilment ...holding an interest with connecting and creating.. Peace arrives when we are able to become bigger then our limitations . Allowing the self to be still with all those difficult feelings that may be holding you back can allow for the real evolving to take place. Tackling ones blocks comes in many layers and can be an intricate but most beautiful process as It can occur in many ways.
