You can have real pain. Real symptoms. Even visible swelling…and you're still being told nothing is “wrong.”

I know how frustrating and confusing that can feel — because I’ve been there too. It's mentally and physically draining and it begins to take over your life.

For a long time, I was searching for a physical answer that never came. It wasn’t until later I understood that my pain had started after a period of prolonged stress.

When the nervous system has been “on” for too long,
the body can begin to express that overload physically — through pain, tension, even inflammation.

Not because it’s “in your head”…
but because your mind and body are constantly communicating.

Pregnancy can be an incredible time…but it can also bring anxiety, overwhelm, and sleepless nights.

I’ve supported many women during pregnancy in my time as a paramedic — even helping bring some little ones into the world over the years 👶

I always ask my clients "What's been good recently?" This might seem strange as many clients come to me feeling very low and anxious.

We do it because this is a pre-frontal cortex activating exercise and if you can train the brain to look for the good in hard times, you can definitely manage this in the good times.

Over the weeks that we work together, your brain will have developed new circuitry, new neural pathways and the way you think has shifted.

But I do this for myself too. Practicing what I preach.

You'll see that it doesn't have to be huge things. Just things that brought me personally, JOY! ✨️

The ripple effect of hypnotherapy. It's a vibe!

So this client came to me for weight management. The things we changed related to weight management?
- Completely stopped binge eating.
- Developed a healthy relationship around food.
- No more feelings of guilt or shame when they ate something they would normally perceive as 'bad'.
- Started to love themselves as they are.
- Dropped clothes sizes.
- Had a steady loss of weight for long lasting results.

PLUS...
- Their relationship improved.
- Their reactions were healthier.
- Less defensive.
- Able to handle workload better.
- Started implementing boundaries around work.
- Could cope with poor interactions less emotionally.

The 3P's (3 Positives) of Solutions Focused Hypnotherapy, that I encourage my clients to adopt.

Implementing the 3P's into your life causes a chemical reaction in the brain which acts as the catalyst for mentally healthy behaviour. When serotonin and dopamine (happy hormones) are flowing, we are stronger, braver, happier and so much more equipped to deal with whatever we need to deal with in life.

These simple shifts in behaviour are transforming how my clients think, feel and behave!
