First up, we’ve got a creamy, mushroom infused tagliatelle pasta dash with ‘scalloped’ king oyster mushrooms topped with our homemade walnut ‘parmesan’…
And another new one, a white ramen. A traditional Japanese dish with a mild miso and dashi broth using soy milk…
Our soupy stew this week is inspired by Southern Indian aubergine rasam with toasted coconut, tamarind, curry leaves and mustard seeds and we’ve got a twist on our seasonal hash with seasonal rosti and green tofu scramble
