I have resisted for as long as I can but am having to increase the cost of my treatments very slightly 😔

An hour long treatment will now be £40 and 90 minutes will be £75 - still a great deal ☺️

I continue to offer the same treatments as I always have:

• Reflexology
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Thermal Auricular Therapy (ear candling)

Any appointments already committed to the diary will be honoured at the previous price 👍

Sending Christmas love and joy from Kessingland Holistic Therapies.

Hoping you have an enjoyable time whether celebrating and enjoying the festivities, or spending time quietly.

Once again I have made a donation to Crisis where work happens throughout the year.

Extra efforts are made at Christmas to help people get off the streets for a while - a hot shower, good food and a warm bed is available, but more than that, help with life and their struggles is also available to give them long term assistance to get life back on track.

I’ve included a link to my friend’s fundraising page in case you feel you’d like to do the same. He volunteers throughout the year to locate and encourage those who are struggling and at Christmas time works tirelessly to help keep the cogs of Crisis turning.

As spring is springing and winter fast becoming a distant (cold) memory, why not prepare yourself to get a spring in your step?

Although putting your lovely feet into cosy socks and boots sounds lovely, your feet need to spread wide and breath.

Wrapping up warm with coats and scarves can be fun, but hunching your shoulders against the cold means you need to allow them to open and relax.

Hello to my lovely clients.

I’m not quite yet back to work (sadly and frustratingly) but hope to be back to my usual, busy self in the New Year.

I’d like to thank you all for your patience whilst I’ve been recuperating (I could use some of that myself!).

Happy New Year to my lovey clients, old and new.

I hope the festive period was exactly what you hoped for. Mine was quiet and lovely.

And now we race in to 2023. Are you full of good intentions to take better care of yourself? Ensure you take time out to recuperate?

Here we are again. Rapidly approaching a wonderful (for some) time of year.
