I updated my Access Bars qualification last weekend whilst also completing a new body process training. 💞

Access Bars work by applying light pressure to 32 points on the head which then releases any stagnant energies, thought processes, limited beliefs and emotions that may be preventing you from feeling joy and ease in your life.💫

The body process is where the practitioner's hands are gently placed on specific areas of the body encouraging the body's energies to restore them to their original state of balance. Great for boosting the immune system and so much more.🌸

I’ve received some amazing feedback following treatments, such as people feeling much clearer, calmer and a lot more positive ❣️.
