Woman of the year 2025 🥇

Angela has lost a staggering 4 stone 8 lb and only 7lb from her target.
Battling some health issues throughout her journey but always showing up ❤️

I joined slimming world in 2019, it gave me something to focus on after losing my dad and sister a few months before. I still don’t know many people in Keswick and most of my friends I’ve met in group. I love going to group every week and staying in touch on social media. We share ideas about meals and snacks and it’s helped me to include a wider range of ingredients in my healthy eating plan so it’s easy to plan a balanced diet each week. Nothing is off limits but I have to think about the best way to incorporate things I want to eat. I can’t believe that’s me in the photo, I have it as the wallpaper on my phone and it gives me the motivation every day to never be like that again.
