beth_ created this beautiful soulful safe space within gorgeous barn, choice of hammock or mat, tying the energy of the crystal bowls and serenity of the studio into a glorious hour of renewal.

Bonnie offers a variety of retreats at wonderful locations and if you do want to experience her magic you won’t be disappointed!

AAUT 2025 done and dusted 🤩🥈

Massive shout out to .runningresearch and the team for their invaluable assistance in my heat preparation for this race.

It was hotter than I expected or remembered 🥵, with a finishing temperature of 39.5 degrees C

My acclimatisation sessions made a remarkable difference not only to my reaction to the heat exposure but also to my perception of that heat. I was able to perfect my hydration and cooling strategies in the chamber which for the most part I was able to transfer on to the race. And although I suffered in the heat I still managed to finish and bag myself a sneaky little piece of glassware!

If you are thinking of doing a hot race, get in contact and get some heat sessions booked in , worth every penny as is the invaluable advice the team has to share with you. There is nothing better than running well in the heat!

Heat session 4/5 in prep for next week. Taking the time to acclimatise to the heat that I will feel running through the gorgeous Andalusian trails 🥵🥰😎.
And… at the same time participating in valuable research with .runningresearch along side the brilliant team

Aim: to get some scientific evidence together to make us all better runners in the heat! Cool hey??? Especially the gals- there is so little research dedicated to us so do help out 😍

So if you have trained or are training for a ultra ( single or multi day ) take a few mins to fill out the survey before and after your race, or get in contact with James .runningresearch for more info or the team to book some heat in!
