Offering a wide variety of sports massage including; Myofascial releases, Active Rehabilitation, Scar tissue treatment, Pre and post even massage, kinesiology taping and everyday aches and pains We offer a variety of treatments tailored to meet your specific needs such as sport injury rehabilitation, deep-tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, preparation for sports events or just for relaxation. Our professional and friendly service is provided by the business owner, Jacob Tonkin, a keen fell-runner, triathlete and graduate of the Northern Institute of Massage with a diploma in Remedial Massage.

I'm back in work after my Christmas and New Year break.
The earliest appointment is the afternoon of Monday 13th though, as I'm rather busy when I'm back in.

Premiering at the Keswick Alhambra Cinema, Friday 27th September at 7:30pm.

There are many things I'm proud of in my life. But the thing I'm most proud of is how my two boys, George and Hector, have turned out.

This is the most beautiful celebration of the life and times of George Fifer Tonkin I could ever ask for. Stunningly filmed over a number of years by my good friend, and expert filmmaker James Appleton

I'd love for you to join us for what in many ways this is the final G Stone.

Both myself and James will be there, and there will be a Q&A after the film. It will be a fantastic evening of friends, family, laughter, love and you'll even see me publicly crying like a school boy.

A busy few weeks ahead. Hopefully I'll have something to very exciting to share with you soon.
But for now, next week I've had the following cancellations... Tuesday 10th at 4pm. Wednesday 11th at 10am. Friday 13th at 9am and 11am.

I'm finishing work for my holidays on Friday 2nd August. Then I won't be back in till Wednesday 14th August.
I have some spaces for the week beginning 29th July, but it's almost full. So if you want/need to see me before my holidays please get in touch sooner than later.

I'm having the end of this week off as I'm finally moving house.
