My final Wild Woman retreat this weekend was so gorgeous, deep, raw and energising!

I love holding space like this for women to heal, to deepen, to grow.

And yet, I have decided to stop running my weekend retreats.

Why?

Because although they are so beautiful and transformational, they only scratch the surface.

They give a taste of what is possible, but not the time to go deeper.

So this is what I intent to create. Longer retreats, a deepening, a rising.

And now this chapter is closed I am birthing the new. Watch this space…

Who is my wild woman?

She’s sensual and alive

She’s fiercely compassionate - she does her work because she really fu***ng cares about humanity and our planet

She’s adventurous and loves to travel

She loves to push her edges and explore her limits

She loves to run - especially in the mountains!

She’s courageous - she loves trying new things

She’s unapologetic, daring and establishes strong boundaries

She trusts her intuition

She lives by the cycles of nature and the moon

She embraces her Eros and her life force energy

She says F**K - a lot!

She honours and exercises her NO

And - she F**KS UP - a lot. Because she is a messy human being that holds lots of responsibility and lots of emotion. She finds herself falling back into old patterns and behaviours - and now she can recognise when it happens, and hold herself in that space with love.

This comes deeply from my heart - no AI here!

I have spent YEARS undomesticating myself, undoing decades of conditioning, learning what I like and don’t like, exploring connection with my wild nature through the land, through my own sexual energy, desires and Eros. It’s a journey - there is always more to realise, to heal, to learn. I know I can be MORE wild!

And I want all women to have the opportunity to feel like I do. To love deeply, to honour themselves, to follow their heart and womb wisdom, to create wonderful friendships and relationships. To embrace their wild - even when if doesn’t suit others. It is possible, it is a choice, and it is truly liberating.

We only have 2 spaces left on our wild woman retreat this weekend. Me, Rebecca and Lucy are so delighted to hold space for you while you explore, play with and embody your wild nature. Are you feeling the call of your wild woman?

Where did she go? This wild, free and joyful soul?

She got lost - for around 30 years!

And then gradually, organically, she began to remember who the f**k she was.

She found the courage to step away from the patriarchal systems that had bound her.

She began to love and life to the fullest.

To be her true authentic self

To take up space

To use her voice

To rediscover her sensuality and Eros

To step into her divine feminine power

And it felt fu***ng awesome!

Now she lives her life from this space, there’s no going back!
