How amazing is Arron? In my career, I’ve had the honour of presenting an 11 stone award and it is such an amazing feeling to play a part in someone’s journey.

I have a Monday morning group in Kettering at the Counties Community Centre 9am or 10.30 and a Saturday morning group at Latimer Park (home of KTFC) with an 8am and 10am session.
