I’ve had some fantastic meals this week - fluffy pancakes for breakfast, hearty soups for lunch and cracking curries for dinner! This is why I ♥️ Food Optimising so much. I can eat proper tasty, filling food and lose weight without ever feeling like I’m missing out!

What a morning! What a way to kick off January for my Burton-based, Saturday smashers! ♥️

It was still dark and very chilly when I got to my venue this morning but the cold didn’t deter 74 members - including TWELVE newbies - from coming along.

I delivered a new member talk to the whole group in both sessions and it went down a storm. I even had time between sessions for a delicious breakfast.

So excited to see how everyone gets on next week! 🙌🏻

We still have space to welcome more new members so if you’d like to come along next Saturday, feel free. The 10am session is the quieter of the two.

Please note, this group relocated late last year from KTFC and we’re now in the ASSEMBLY ROOM of the BURTON LATIMER BAPTIST CHURCH in MEETING LANE.

A beautifully Food Optimised breakfast this morning and this evening, I’m doing my homework 📄 There have been some exciting changes to Food Optimising for 2026 which means I need to know my book inside out so I can get all of my members - new and existing - off to the best possible start.
