Last night saw the first ever ExtraCare Staff awards and we are absolutely thrilled to announce that out of all the staff across the company - Sunley Courts Joanne took home the CARE HERO OF THE YEAR award!!
This award was given to celebrate a carer who goes above and beyond to make a real difference in residents lives every day .
Joanne is a wonderful carer and a real asset to our team. She is so deserving of the award and we are all so proud of her .

Kindness goes a long way and a little gesture can make a big difference to a person's day. That's why Sunley have created a little kindness patch.

Each of these rocks has been painted by Sunley in hopes that we can make somebody smile , maybe feel inspired or a little more positive that day.

We chose an area at the front of the building in our carpark so that our kindness can reach not just the staff , residents and visitors of Sunley, but also the many passers by , the delivery people and maybe a person that just really needs to see it .

Kindness is a gift that should be shared 🩷
