Adulting is hard enough without feeling like you’re constantly translating yourself for the world around you.
For many neurodivergent adults, life can feel exhausting — masking in meetings, replaying conversations for hours afterwards, forgetting appointments, struggling to keep on top of housework, feeling overwhelmed by noise or busy environments, or completely burning out from trying to keep up with everyone else.
You might look like you’re coping on the outside whilst feeling exhausted on the inside.
As a neurodivergent adult myself, I understand how isolating that can feel. I know what it is like to question yourself, push through when you are overwhelmed, and wonder why things that seem easy for other people can feel so difficult.
But here’s the truth: you are not broken, lazy, difficult, or failing.
Your brain works differently — and different does not mean wrong.
At Spectrum Together, I support adults in understanding themselves, building confidence, navigating relationships, managing overwhelm, and finding strategies that genuinely work for them.
You do not have to keep pushing through alone.
I offer 1-1 support sessions for adults to help with home life, family, work, and the many different aspects of neurodivergence — so you can feel more confident, understood, and heard by someone who completely gets it.
