Spectrum Together Empowering neurodivergent adults, children & families through advocacy, support and inclusive guidance—because every mind belongs 💛

Adulting is hard enough without feeling like you’re constantly translating yourself for the world around you.

For many neurodivergent adults, life can feel exhausting — masking in meetings, replaying conversations for hours afterwards, forgetting appointments, struggling to keep on top of housework, feeling overwhelmed by noise or busy environments, or completely burning out from trying to keep up with everyone else.

You might look like you’re coping on the outside whilst feeling exhausted on the inside.

As a neurodivergent adult myself, I understand how isolating that can feel. I know what it is like to question yourself, push through when you are overwhelmed, and wonder why things that seem easy for other people can feel so difficult.

But here’s the truth: you are not broken, lazy, difficult, or failing.

Your brain works differently — and different does not mean wrong.

At Spectrum Together, I support adults in understanding themselves, building confidence, navigating relationships, managing overwhelm, and finding strategies that genuinely work for them.

You do not have to keep pushing through alone.

I offer 1-1 support sessions for adults to help with home life, family, work, and the many different aspects of neurodivergence — so you can feel more confident, understood, and heard by someone who completely gets it.

Message me or comment “support” to find out more.

Feeling overwhelmed by neurodivergence, diagnosis pathways, EHCPs, school meetings, or simply trying to work out what support is available?

You do not have to figure it all out alone. 💛

At Spectrum Together, I offer practical guidance, lived experience, and understanding to help children, adults, and families feel more confident, informed, and supported.

Whether you need help with school, assessments, EHCPs, sensory needs, inclusion, or just someone who truly understands — I’m here to help.

Because everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and never alone.

Too many neurodivergent people are missed because they don’t “look like” they’re struggling.

They’re quiet.
They get good grades.
They aren’t disruptive.
They seem to be coping.

But underneath? They may be masking, overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or burning out trying to hold it all together.

We cannot wait until someone is visibly in crisis before we take their needs seriously.

Early understanding matters.
Early support matters.
Real advocacy matters.

Because by the time someone is breaking down, excluded, or completely burnt out… we’re already too late.

Every child, adult, and family deserves to be seen as a whole person — not just when things fall apart.

Let’s change the narrative before it breaks people. 💛

UPDATE

Due to unforeseen circumstances
Flourish360uk will not be able to attend tonight, we do apologise for this and will arrange another night for her to give her talk.

We will however still be joined by Iesha Bailey of OCIR to demonstrate her communication app. This is a great app so please do come and check it out.

We will also now be joined by Spectrum Together which is a new business who can support with advocacy and attend meetings at schools etc with you. Sam will be coming to speak about what she can offer and how she can support you.

If as well there are any forms you are needing help with, if you would like to bring them with you then we can set up an area to help you complete these forms where we can.

We will also still be joined by SSS for 1:1 Appointments. Our shop will be open to purchase items and refreshments are available as well.

Any questions please do let us know. We look forward to seeing you tonight.

Most of the time…
they do look “fine” at school.

✔️ Quiet
✔️ Compliant
✔️ “No trouble”

But what you don’t see is what it takes to hold it together all day.

And what happens when they get home…

❌ Meltdowns
❌ Shutdowns
❌ Total emotional exhaustion

That’s not a coincidence.
That’s masking.

And masking comes at a cost.

I’ve supported so many families through Spectrum Together who were told everything was “fine”…
until their child hit breaking point.

So if your child is falling apart after school…
please hear this:

👉 You’re not imagining it
👉 You’re not overreacting
👉 And your child isn’t “just tired”

You’re seeing something real.

💬 If this sounds like your child, comment “SEEN” or message me.
I’ll talk you through what might really be going on.

You don’t have to figure this out alone 🤍
