Awww - I’m not going to lie, I’m so disappointed this morning.

I was feeling great, after a fab weekend, proud of the fact that I had recorded, planned and tracked EVERYThING over the last 7 days, including a 3 days away.

To come in with a half a pound gain is actually just rubbish 😭

BUT I guess, when eating out, you can never be 100% certain of the SWIPS.

I don’t believe I deserved a gain on the scales and I certainly felt in no doubt that I’d see a loss this morning. But here we are.

But, I cannot afford to sabotage what I’m working towards, so I will keep going, because what is the alternative 🤷‍♀️

As I always say ‘consistency is key’ 🔑

So, my honest opinion 🤔

I feel that these would be best suited to enjoying with a lovely bottle of wine…

They are very cheesy - Infact so cheesy, that I can’t manage more than a few at a time - unless the above mentioned bottle of wine was to be on the side 😂

I reckon they’d be fab on a salad or in a soup as croutons, but they are not for me as a standalone snack 😬
