Tomorrow is the 1st of October.
The season is changing, the leaves are changing colour and soon the trees will shed their leaves. 🍂
This is our sign to take a deep breath, be ready to let go of the summer and begin the process of slowing down.

It’s ok to rest, there is no shame in taking time out, to breathe, to give your body and mind what it needs and to prepare yourself for the colder months.

Many people struggle with the darker and colder months.
This is your opportunity to find the glimmers in these months. To look forward to seeking them out. The warm drinks, the crisp smell of a cold woodland, the delicious warming foods and opportunity to nourish yourself and rest.
