Here we are everyone, we have entered January and I have noticed that there is a lot of pressure to get back on it! All of this new year, new me… I call bull s**t!

I ask you to pause for a moment, just notice where you are right now and how you are feeling.
Are you holding tension in your body? Your jaw, your shoulders?
Just take a nice deep breath, where ever you are, drawing in - - - hold it - - - and release - - - - - -

We are in winter, a time to rest, a time to be cosy and enjoy the winters offerings. Seasonal vegetables, soups and stews.

Take some pressure off, you don’t need to sign up to the latest fitness app or to get back on it and moving at a million miles per hour. It’s hard enough just going back into your workplaces and the challenges that that brings.

Your health and wellbeing comes first, always.

I cannot believe it’s 5 years since I opened my diary!!!

I feel so incredibly grateful for all of the clients that I’ve treated over the years.

My regulars, who I see like clockwork, my clients that come to me just when they’re feeing broken and those that dip in and out when they can. I appreciate every single one of you.

I got to spend this morning with one of my clients who has been with me from the very beginning… Including her dog, who I always add extra time to the booking for, because I have to have Billy time ♥️
