We are H J Phillips & Sons Funeral Directors on Rockingham Road, in Kettering. We are honoured to continually have had the opportunity to help our local families in Kettering and surrounding areas in their time of need, for over 100 years. We know how difficult it is when a loved one passes away and how important it is to say farewell exactly the way you want to. Your wishes will be carefully listened to and we will ensure that they are carried out to the letter. Whether you prefer a traditional, religious or a contemporary funeral, like a woodland burial, the choice is yours. Our experience and knowledge of the local area means that we are well equipped to handle all your request and ease the burden regarding all the arrangements. Our funeral home has disabled access and a private chapel of rest, should you wish to spend time with your loved one before the day of the funeral. Furthermore, we offer reimbursement when parked opposite us, at Sainsbury’s carpark. We are here for you, day or night; so if you need our help, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. If you cannot come to us, we can arrange to visit you whether you are based in Kettering, Barton Seagrave, Warkton, Weekley, Glendon, Thorpe Malsor or any other surrounding area.

Glenmoor and Seagrave House (Corby), St Anns and Avery House (Kettering) were the grateful recipients.

If you would like to honour your Mum, then please come in to the branch this week before Friday 5:00pm to write a message on a card to place on one of our Memory Trees. We also have LED tea light candles that are available for you to light in their memory.

If you can’t make it to the branch, then please leave your message in the comments below or give us a call and we shall happily write and light on your behalf.

Today, Andy assisted one of our sister branches, John Ward & Son Funeral Directors in Daventry, to help a family say goodbye to a loving Father, Grandfather, Son, friend and lifelong Birmingham City Football Club supporter in The Avon Room, Rainsbrook Crematorium, Rugby. Ken, Lloyd and the 2 Alans helped make everything go smoothly. The Service was beautifully delivered by Celebrant, Tracie Bloor after arranging all the fine details with Funeral Service Specialist, Kate.
