I have suffered with my mental health for the past
10 years. over those years my diagnosis had gone from anxiety to depression with anxiety to eventually bipolar. i know it feels to be let down by doctors not having the resources. I have a great understanding of what it feels like to suffer due to my mental health and treatment by others. Whys people come to me
i am very easy to talk to and people can open up to me easily this is because i don't approach these conversations like a health professional, i'm more like a friend who genuinely cares about you and wants you to reach your full potential. tailored to the individual I have a backed by science creative mindset. this means i have many different ways i can approach a certain problem. some people like hard science and some people need more what feels right for the individual. I have a lot of first hand experience with antidepressants but now I have managed my own mental health and I am 6 months off the medication. i am able to manage my mental health using different techniques, from meditation, breathwork, nutrition, identification of problems and even service to others. why i offer my services
I know what it's like to have no support so now I'm offering what I needed when i had no support. each new person i speak to helps me develop and become better at my passion. i get to talk to i get to learn even more about myself and the world we live in

a peer to peer support community where like minded people come to support and raise each other higher. Subscription support service. Unlike counselling where your booked in for a talk I want to create a service where you can just pick up the phone and call me when needed and we can talk through things as they arise. Where as typical counselling tends to be every week and sometimes you need the support then and not in a weeks time. My goal is for the client to feel supported at all times. Youtube channel giving advice tips and hacks on how I manage my mental health and how I stopped needing to take medication. Also documenting my bad days to show me using the methods when I'm actually struggling and the thought process I used to do it. Local support
I want to be able to give physical support to the people who want it. I can help give support in many ways like if your Nervous about talking to a doctor, I can come with you. If you have habits you want to change for but struggle by yourself I can help. I can help. I can also Problem solve with you. Local support part 2
I would also like to put on an event where I educate about mental health. I could do a q and a or find other people who are open talking to show its ok to talk about mental health and hopefully encourage more people to speak up and start improving their life. Local support part 3
Put on a local guided meditation and support group where we can talk about what's bothering us then we meditate to process. I also want to offer a service where we work on how to improve certain aspects of your life so you can achieve your potential. if you have made it this far thank you for your time and message me for a chat sometime
