Meet my Vivacious, Courageous, Gorgeous, member Heather Simoes ๐๐ฅฐ
Heather, from Burton Latimer is enjoying a new lease of life after losing OVER 7 stone 7 lbs with the help of her Thursday Burton Latimer Slimming World group and having a huge positive impact on her health improving physically and mentally.
She has been traumatised her whole life with serious health issues and has faced many difficult moment throughout her battle. Her last resort was to join a weightloss group and in search found a Slimming World group that met her needs.
She now has a new lease of life, enjoying socialising and giving back to her group. Her positivity has improved so much that she openly shares her journey with anyone, 2 years ago she was hiding in a corner refusing to talk to others
What a remarkable change in her positive, supportive and inspirational attitude towards change and life โค๏ธ
