Grief and mental health are closely linked, and it’s okay to talk about both.
Loss can affect us in ways we don’t always expect. It can bring sadness, anxiety, anger, numbness, or exhaustion. Sometimes, all at once, and those feelings don’t follow a timeline.
On World Mental Health Day, we want to remind anyone who’s struggling:-
