I have finally made all massage services available to book online! This includes:

90 minute Top-To-Toe Aromatherapeutic Body Massage
90 minute Full Body Massage with Facial Cupping
90 minute Pregnancy Massage
75 minute Full Body Massage
75 minute Indian Head Massage with full Facial reflexology (includes b,n,s)
60 minute Indian Head Massage with Facial Cupping (includes b,n,s)
60 minute Indian Head Massage with mini Facial reflexology
45 minute back neck and shoulder massage
30 minute back neck and shoulder massage

All treatments can be tailored to your needs… I generally include a face-down back, neck and shoulder massage as standard with Indian head massage, however this treatment can also be given entirely in a supine position and focused on upper back and shoulders, arms, hands, face and scalp.

Small but mighty 💪🏻

Not the same as body cupping (or “fire cupping”) and much gentler on the skin itself as they are either removed quickly, or moved along the skin surface in order to sculpt.

Sinus trouble?

New treatment option: Thermo Auricular Therapy

Better known to most as Ear Candling, this can be helpful for blocked and stuffy sinuses, irritated Eustachian tubes, puffiness and congestion from hayfever, tinnitus, headaches & stress.

What to expect:
After you’ve been made comfortable lying on your side, the ear candle is inserted gently into the ear and set alight. As it slowly burns down it creates a warming sensation around the ear and you may hear some crackling and popping as the air circulates in the ear canal. I like to think it sounds like sitting by a campfire! Super soothing! After both ears have been treated, you then receive a steaming warm towel cleanse and a gentle lymphatic drainage facial massage to help further reduce any facial inflammation and irritation.

Let’s talk about jowls…

Okay NOBODY really wants to talk about Jowls, right? Yes to ageing gracefully, but jowls are something we probably all dislike and/or dread getting.

There are, however, some simple things you can do to help prevent them from forming and help tighten them up again after they have made their evil appearance!

In addition to professional treatments, you can also treat yourself at home in just a couple of minutes a day. I think the biggest barrier to Gua Sha and Facial Cupping use is that people think it probably doesn’t work. It really does, and with regular use you really should see a difference in your skin.

As we all know, with age there is a reduction in the natural proteins in the skin, collagen and elastin. Loss of tightness, elasticity and muscle tone work with gravity to cause the skin of the face and neck to droop and sag. Lymphatic fluid in the jawline can also weigh down the skin further… BUT! Facial Reflexology, Gua Sha tools and Facial Cupping can be super effective at helping to combat jowls and overall skin health.

Here are just a few ways how:

⭐️ using a Gua sha tool along the jawline in a scraping motion helps to move stagnant lymph and prevent it from weighing the jawline down
⭐️ using soft silicone facial cups promotes fresh blood and oxygen flow to the face, which in turn stimulates the facial cells responsible for collagen production
⭐️ regular massaging of the face and neck - including specialised lifting and sculpting movements - helps to simultaneously improve muscle tone and to relax the muscles of the face giving it a softer, more open appearance

I’m feeling pretty grateful for my job today. Being self-employed is absolutely brilliant and incredibly hard in equal measures. One of the greatest things for me is being more in control of work/life balance, and I had a day to myself today - I don’t know where that day went and it’s flown by! But it was so good for my brain not to have to be anywhere at a certain time or do anything much.

I had coffee and cake with a friend and I was also lucky enough to have a lovely massage from an Aromatherapy student - I had been feeling the tension in my neck and shoulders but they already feel soooo much looser!

It’s not always possible with our crazy busy lives, but the good that a day of nothing can do for you - a day for you, with maybe a little pottering about - should not be underestimated!

I’ll be back in the treatment room tomorrow and I feel like I’ll definitely be back with renewed energy…
