All my life, people told me what I couldn’t do.
Eventually, I stopped listening and thought — what if I can? 💭

That one mindset shift changed everything.
I turned doubt into determination 💪
Transformed my body. Rebuilt my life.
And laid the foundations for everything I’ve achieved… and everything still to come.

I proved a lot of people wrong — even the “experts.”
But most importantly, I proved something to myself, I matter & can accomplish things that are deemed “impossible”.
