Welcome to Hygeia Pilates and Wellness Studio. Located at Glendon Lodge Farm in Kettering. I am extremely proud of the space I have created.

I have always wanted this space to be an experience for each person that walks through the door. I want you to use it as your escapism, your switch off from the outside world and to dedicate this time for you.
