I first found healing through Sound when I was looking for holistic practices to help with my complex trauma + social anxiety. Now I am fascinated by the work of Cymatics and how certain frequencies affect our bodies & mental wellbeing. My passion is Sound and I aim to bring the science to this ancient spiritual practice. Its starting to feel CHRISTMASSY! 🎄🎄

I walked into Mill Farm the other day and the owners had put up all these lights 😍
And wow! It just adds another level of cosiness!

I have already begun a petition to keeps these lights up throughout the whole of winter.. not just for Christmas... whose with me??

So who recommends my soft chunky floor mattresses?? Can i see your hands! 👋 (comment below)

When i first started holding Sound Baths i did what any practitioner does.. requests the attendee to bring their own yoga mat or supplied one myself.

It was only a few sessions in that i realised i wanted to change this.

I went in search of a comfier experience and found these amazing futon floor mattressess..
However they came with a big price, and i dont just mean the price tag!
To be able to supply these mattresses i had to buy a big van to transport them all. This was a big purchase, and something that, has unfortunately, caused me a lot of hassle.
Not only that but the work that goes into unloading the van, setting up, taking down and reloading the van is a lot of work(out) 😅🤣

So, do i regret buying these futon's? Nope. I still love your faces when you realise that you'll be lying on foam instead of hard floor! 😍

But please understand why other practitioners may be unable to provide you with mats for their sessions.. I am positive they wish they could provide you with something comfier ❤️

Another fantastic week of Sound 😍

BREATH + RESONANCE

Bringing the powerful combination of conscious connected breathwork + sound.
This session will be truly transformative!

You'll be guided by Jess, an experienced breathwork facilitator and psychotherapist, with support from Lee, an expert in numerous body based modalities and energy healer, all whilst Kirsty accompanies you to peak with the Gongs and then guides you back down with the crystal bowls!
This will be an experience like no other.

Total session is 2 hours.

All my Sound Bath sessions are SCIENCE- BASED to make them accessible for all and no need to bring a yoga mat - i provide chunky floor mattresses for a more comfortable experience.
