I first found healing through Sound when I was looking for holistic practices to help with my complex trauma + social anxiety. 🍂 WELCOME NEW FOLLOWERS 🍂

Hi Everyone. I'm Kirsty. The founder of Serenity: Sound Therapy + Wellness Practitioner.
This has been a wild ride for the past 2 years and I am literally living my dream.. i am forever grateful for your support.

I was a bookkeeper by day, and a Sound Bather by night but ive recently quit my day job!
I kept putting it off out of fear but after losing my friend a few weeks ago it put everything into perspective for me.
Life is too short not to chase your dreams. To do something that brings you joy.
So i'm doing just that.

I found Sound about 5 years ago when I walked into my first ever Gong Sound Bath. With someone with complex trauma and social anxiety, i was amazed at the impact this practice had on me. So much so i went off to do a sound therapy course!
I deeply believe the Universe was always prepping me to be a Sound Bath practitioner as i had a deep love for drum + bass music when i was younger. After experiencing a sound bath i realised it wasnt the music i was into, but the vibrations it caused through my body. I would place a hand on a speaker just to feel the vibrations travel up my arm and into my chest.
Something that Sound gives me tenfold.

A client recently told me 'You don't just make the sound, you are the sound'.
And that pretty much sums up how i feel about it 😍

🍂 LAST WEEKS SOUND BATHS 🍂

What a weekend!
4 Sound baths over 2 days... i was buzzing!

Thank you to the 2 private sessions on saturday.
One for a returning attendee of mine and her lovely group and then at the lovely Julia for her amazing retreat! Always a pleasure. Please do check out her offerings!

Then sunday was a drum + gong full body immersion followed by a floating sound bath and it did not disappoint!

Experiences included colours, memories, tingles, full body vibrations, heavy/light body, numbness, floating, visions, letting go, emotional release and deep relaxations.

Cant wait to do it all again!

1 hour of pure body vibrations to realign our natural frequencies.

I drum over your feet, heart and from head to toe.
Then i move over to my three Gongs, where one is played over and around you for full body immersion.

These sessions are so popular this is my extra session for the month!

Held at the acoustic heaven that is .farm.retreat
With a suspended floor and sound board on the ceiling for extra reverberation!

Van update part 3...

Were about 6 weeks on and I am still without my van 😔
Further damage was found and parts took a while to arrive. Its been tough.. and expensive.. with hiring a van each week.
BUT light is at the end of the tunnel and my mechanic has assured me Betsy and I will be reunited within a week...

Major lessons have been learned in all of this for sure.

Next update will be us reunited... i am sure of it!
