I first found healing through Sound when I was looking for holistic practices to help with my complex trauma + social anxiety. Now I am fascinated by the work of Cymatics and how certain frequencies affect our bodies & mental wellbeing. My passion is Sound and I aim to bring the science to this ancient spiritual practice. What is an Intermediate Sound Bath?

An Intermediate Sound Bath are for those wishing to take their journey deeper.
Have you heard all about the theta brainwave state but struggle to access it or maintain the state throughout a sound bath?

This session is designed for those wanting to access theta and deepen their experience.

Theta is where the ego switches off and our superconscious thrives. This state is linked to creativity, problem solving, insights and its where our bodies do their deep self healing.

The session includes:
2 x short guided meditations designed to train the brain for theta.
30-40 min Sound bath using the tibetan bowls and gongs to access the theta state.
Reflection + sharing (always optional)

Last weeks Sound Baths 🪷

Just two sessions last week as i had the week off for my birthday 🥳🦄

But two amazing sessions they were!
A private floating sound bath for a lovely group of friends who got me laughing so much! Love an oxytocin hit!
And then my beautiful second spiritual special event - Past Life Regression mediation + Sound - which was just magical. Some amazing experiences!

Experiences included deep body vibrations, blocked sinuses popping, physical ailments tensing and releasing, colours, past life recall, insights and deep relaxation.
