And before we knew it... were at the end of April and my time with Change Grow Live delivering weekly wellness sessions + Sound Baths.

It was a deeply honouring experience to meet many on their recovery journey as well as the fantastic staff + volunteers at CGL.
They are truly doing fantastic, life changing work!

I highly recommend anyone going through drug/alcohol dependency, recovery or suffering with their mental health to seek out their local CGL hub.
