Autism can present differently in girls, which means many are overlooked or misunderstood for years.

Some autistic girls mask their struggles and don’t get diagnosed until later in life, leaving them to cope with this alone.

At the Sphere Centre, we have specialists who work directly with girls with autism. We provide awareness, understanding, and the appropriate support to help girls feel seen and supported.

If this resonates with your family, book an assessment today at info@spherecentre.co.uk 💙

🧠💚 World Mental Health Day 💚🧠

At Sphere, we honour the real and valid mental health experiences of our autistic and ADHD community. Challenges like anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm aren’t personal failures but instead they are understandable responses to a world that often doesn’t meet neurodivergent needs.

We believe mental health support should affirm who you are…not try to change you 🥰

If you are a parent or carer of a child with autism, or suspected autism, then you will know how challenging it can be to navigate that journey - of advocating for them, of getting the right support - for your child and yourself.

We have a dedicated group for parents and carers to help you connect with others going through similar challenges, a chance to talk, offload, and importantly, be listened to.

This small and friendly group is a safe hosted by the wonderful Carys who also has lived experience of this journey.

The groups are held monthly at The MindSpace hub.

Next session: Monday 20th October, 1.15 - 2.45 pm
