📅 Appointments offered: 2,118, keeping up with growing demand
📞 Calls taken: 3,611
📲 NHS App log-ins: 13,435 – great to see more patients going digital!
🏠 Home Visits: 39
📆 Average appointments per day: 101

🚫 However, 238 appointments were lost due to DNA (Did Not Attend), totalling 75.26 hours of wasted time. 😔 Please help us reduce this by cancelling if you can’t make it—it really makes a difference.
