📅 Appointments offered: 2,118, keeping up with growing demand
📞 Calls taken: 3,611
📲 NHS App log-ins: 13,435 – great to see more patients going digital!
🏠 Home Visits: 39
📆 Average appointments per day: 101

🚫 However, 238 appointments were lost due to DNA (Did Not Attend), totalling 75.26 hours of wasted time. 😔 Please help us reduce this by cancelling if you can’t make it—it really makes a difference.

We had a busy April with a total of 4623 appointments. Unfortunately, we lost 162, 15minute appointments due to patients not turning up for appointments they booked.

Here are some more stats for February:

We handled 6181incoming calls.

We returned 603calls that were requested as a callback. This service allows patients to request a callback instead of waiting in the queue.

We processed 3930 Accurx requests that were triaged by our On Call doctors:

324 people used the NHS app to submit their Accurx request.

598 people used our receptionists to log an Accurx request.

2962 people filled in an Accurx form on our website.
