My name is Kelly Porch and I am passionate about providing good quality, confidential and non-judgemental counselling. I provide counselling for all different types of concerns/issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, health issues and so on. I am mindful that deciding to see a counsellor can be scary and that choosing a counsellor can be confusing. The relationship

that you have with your counsellor is extremely important and to help you make the decision as to whether I am the right counsellor for you, I offer a FREE 30 minute introductory session. I not only provide counselling in-person, I also offer online counselling, so if you are away on business a lot or can't leave the house/travel to me for any reason, it now doesn't mean that you can't have counselling. I am mindful that making a decision to see a counsellor can be frightening. It is also essential that you are comfortable with the counsellor that you choose to see. For these reasons, please don't hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or you would just like a general chat about what counselling can offer. Started reading this book today by and my goodness it’s wonderful and I feel ‘seen’ and only 40 pages in. Looking forward to reading the rest of it and hopefully finding some new things that will help.

“Let’s do a new exercise today” my PT ( ) said. “Are you kidding I said?” He said. “I know you can do it” and lo and behold, here I am doing it. Just goes to show how (a) the limbic system can take over and tell us what we can’t do rather than the pre frontal cortex being in charge and telling us what we can do and (b) that sometimes others can believe in us more than we do and how important that is. I help people with both of these - helping others to believe in themselves and trusting in themselves that they can achieve things.
