All of my Reiki courses have been Checked and Verified by APTL (Association of Professional Therapist and Lecturers) and meet the National Occupational Standard for Reiki in the UK

Reiki is not just about healing; it's about life and you not only learn about "Spiritual Energy" when you learn Reiki, you learn about yourself too. For many it is the start of a spiritual journey which can open up tru

ths and lead you to a better understanding of who you are. Of course, Reiki is about healing too but it is as much about healing of self as about opening up and assisting in the healing in others. Ethical Reiki practitioners will NEVER promise to cure but receiving Reiki does offer the recipient opportunities for healing to take place. My Lineage is The International House of Reiki and I teach using the trusted format of my Reiki Teacher who learnt Reiki from Frans Stiene author of The Reiki Source Book and The Japanses Art of Reiki and co founder of the International House of Reiki. My interest in the system of Reiki began in 2004 after the death of my Mother. Reiki helped me to come to terms with my loss by bringing peace and calm into my life. It wasn't a magical cure for bereavement but it did allow me to start my healing process because it made me realise that healing will never come from an outside source, it has to come from within, and with that realisation came the knowledge that we all have an innate ability to heal ourselves if we are willing to allow ourselves the time and self love that we all need to help us to recover and become whole. Since that time I have had the pleasure and privilege to train and work with some amazing teachers and students who have helped expand my mind and open me up to the wonderful opportunities that Reiki offers. So out of something heart wrenchingly sad, came a new beginning and something enormously positive. I have studied many types and styles of Reiki and although every experience taught me something new and exciting, I didn't feel quite "complete". This all changed when I met a Reiki Teacher who had studied with Frans Stiene (International House of Reiki) co-author of the "Japanese Art of Reiki" and "The Reiki Sourcebook". The International House of Reiki teaches the more traditional system of Reiki; Usui Reiki Ryoho. I completed Shinpiden Usui Reiki Ryoho in December 2008. It's a bit of a cliche but I really do feel that I have "come home". Usui Reiki Ryoho is pure and simple; no frills, no "add-ons" - just the channelling of Spiritual Energy in its simplest and purest form. I now teach the Usui Reiki Ryoho system to all my new students and offer all my past students the opportunity to update their training if they so wish. For more information on Usui Reiki Ryoho please visit Frans and Bronwen's website: http://www.reiki.net.au/ where you will find a wealth of information! As a Reiki Master/Teacher I take great pleasure in teaching Reiki courses and undertaking attunements to all levels. Ongoing support is provided to all students at all levels. Regular reiki shares are held at my home and I organise regular reiki development days through out the year. REIKI DRUM TECHNIQUE

Sarah Gregg introduced Reiki Drum Technique™ to the UK in 2007 after training in Arizona with the founder of Reiki Drumming™, Michael Arthur Baird. Sarah Gregg writes - "Over the past few years the term "Reiki Shaman" has developed as a result of Reiki practitioners combining Shamanic practises with Reiki energy. By merging powerful practises from both disciplines Reiki Practitioners are adding further practical tools to their healing tool bag. Combining Shamanic Drumming, Reiki and Sound Healing, the Reiki Drum Technique is probably one of the most therapeutic and effective of these different healing methods"

In November 2010 I was privileged to be attuned as a Reiki Drum Technique Master Teacher and since that time have taught Reiki Drum Technique™ to many Practitioners who all love their Drum Healing. It is without a doubt a very powerful healing modality and if you love Reiki and you love Drumming, then Reiki Drum is definitely a modality to think about. It is a requirement that students have attained Practitioner Level in Reiki (Okunden) or Level 2 as a prerequisite to learning Reiki Drum Technique™. Training is over 2 days (usually a weekend) and are held twice a year, in the Spring and in the Autumn. REIKI MASSAGE

Reiki Massāji Ho ™

(Reiki Massage Method)

What is Reiki Massāji Ho? Reiki Spiritual Energy

Massāji Massage

Ho Method

Technically Reiki Massāji Ho is not a massage at all, but a way of combining many of the traditional Japanese Reiki Shoden and Okuden techniques and practices into a sequence to create a wonderful new way of delivering a Reiki treatment. Reiki Massāji Ho is not a traditional modality so you will not find it in any books on Reiki. Unlike a Reiki treatment it requires the client to work with the practitioner, so rather than being simply a channel for the healing energy, the practitioner works with the client on a physical level too, working with affirmations and the breath. We are all aware that in simple terms, Reiki can be regarded as the Japanese Art of Relaxation and Reiki Massāji Ho brings another dimension to a Reiki treatment. During a treatment the practitioner will work on the face, the body and the feet, concentrating on the many energy centres within the body, such as the Meridians and the Chakra’s and using acupressure as well as gentle stroking and tapping techniques which students of Usui Reiki Ryoho will be familiar with. The end result is a treatment that works on the mind, the body and the soul, clearing energy pathways and bringing about relaxation and balance. You do not have to be a massage therapist to facilitate Reiki Massāji Ho, but you do need to be an Okuden (Level 2) Reiki Practitioner or Shinpiden (Level 3) Master

Reiki Massāji Hoi is accredited by VHMBT and validated by APTL because it is Reiki it should be covered by your Reiki Practitioner insurance should you wish to offer the treatment to clients. Please check with your insurance company before undertaking the course.
