Health, Fitness and Performance(HFP) provide personal training services which include nutritional advice and writing training programs. HFP can also run classes which include Boxercise, Group Indoor Cycling, Circuits, Metafit and Bootcamp. I have gained lots of knowledge academically through university and also through working in the industry for the last four years. I have also gained experience through playing sport for most of my teenage life, seriously hurting my back at university which caused me to gain weight , running 10k's, half marathons and a full marathon and now I compete in strongman competitions.
