Join us on Saturday 25th April 2026 for a gentle and uplifting hour, where we come together at East Carlton Park to remember and celebrate those we hold dear.

In a supportive and welcoming setting, you’ll be invited to reflect on your loved one’s plaque, accompanied by music and shared memories.

We especially look forward to welcoming those who have already dedicated a plaque in the park, as this gathering offers a meaningful moment to pause and spend time beside your tribute. If you are considering placing a plaque, this can also be a lovely opportunity to experience the sense of connection these memorials create.

If you would like your loved one’s plaque to be installed in time for the service, we kindly ask that orders are placed before 31st March 2026 to allow for careful and sensitive installation.

This gathering is open to everyone and we would really love to see you there💚

'I'm with you every step of the way' 💚👣

50 miles later, in 35°C heat, Andy is back in the UK after completing his incredible Sahara Desert Trek in memory of his soulmate, Bev.

"Looking back on the challenge, I’m struggling to find the words to describe it. It was physically grueling, walking 50 miles over 3.5 days in intense heat, but every blister was worth it."

"It was the human connection that made this trip. The emotional conversations, celebration of loved ones we have lost and the constant joking and laughter kept us all going. I’ve come home with life-long memories and friends."

"To see the support roll in has been truly overwhelming. I want to say a massive thank you for the incredible generosity from everyone who has sponsored me."

After an emotional cheque presentation yesterday, we are in awe of Andy and so delighted to share that he has raised an absolutely incredible £12,196! 🥹

Thank you Andy, and to everyone who has contributed towards his fundraising. This could pay for over two weeks of hospice care for a patient. Wow!

With Mother’s Day gently approaching, we know this can be a tender time for many - a day filled with love, remembrance and quiet reflection for mothers who are deeply missed. 💚

At Cransley Hospice Trust, we understand how important it is to turn love into a lasting legacy. Our small and large plaques are available on our in-memory installations at Chester House Estate and East Carlton Park, peaceful, beautiful spaces that offer a place for quiet reflection and shared remembrance.

Linda Griffin and her family were supported by Cransley Hospice through our Hospice at Home service. Her daughter, Sam, shared:

“Mum had left notes and letters for me and Dad. One read: ‘I am not afraid to die, I am just afraid of being forgotten.’
‘We Remember’ would give us the chance to ensure that would never happen - not just in our hearts, but in a place we could visit together to remember all the good times we shared with Mum.”

This Mother’s Day, you may wish to honour your mum’s memory in a way that feels personal and lasting, while helping to support compassionate end of life care across North Northamptonshire.

Natasha is a singer and actor currently studying in sixth form, with a growing passion for both music and performance.
She starred as Jack Miller in the Puss in Boots pantomime, performed at Kettfest three times, appeared in School of Rock and Hamilton and is now ready to appear at Cranley's Got Talent!🥳 🎉

Our Story

We provide care for patients with a life-limiting illness who need the specialist help of hospice care.

This care takes in all aspects of the person i.e. physical and mental health, spiritual and social care (holistic care) and is available in the hospice building (inpatient unit) and at home (whether this your own home, a care home etc.).

Cransley Hospice Trust is a local charity which every year provides funding to support the care provided by Cransley Hospice.
