A huge congratulations to our amazing colleague Emily, who successfully completed the Stratford-upon-Avon Marathon on Sunday! 🏃‍♀️🎉

After months of dedicated training, determination, and hard work, Emily crossed the finish line and raised an incredible £2,620 for Cransley Hospice Trust ❤️

We are so proud of her fantastic achievement and incredibly grateful to everyone who donated and supported her throughout this journey.

This amazing fundraising effort means we are well on our way to reaching our £20,000 target by the end of 2026, and with your continued support, we can get there 🙌

Cransley Hospice Trust provides vital care and support to patients, families, and carers facing life-limiting illnesses, and every donation helps them continue their incredible work within our local community.

Today is the day... the London Marathon!! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️💚

Booker Wellingborough brought the Easter spirit to life in support of Cransley Hospice Trust 🐇💚

From a fun-filled Easter egg hunt to creative competitions and a charity tombola, the team raised an incredible £534 for local patients and families receiving end of life care in North-Northamptonshire.

What a truly incredible evening at Cransley’s Got Talent 💚🎤

Our amazing performers lit up the stage with such energy, talent and joy, creating a night full of smiles, laughter and unforgettable moments.

We are so incredibly thankful to everyone who made the evening possible – our wonderful acts, our fantastic hosts Daisie Belle and Nigel Adair, our brilliant judges Mae Stephens, Kate Martin and Joshua Daniel, and our dedicated volunteers.

A special thank you as well to the Lighthouse Theatre , KLM Taxis , JC Inclusive Travel , L&W UK, Patrick Trading Base LTD and Michael Dobbs Photography . Your kindness and support mean so much to us.

This Sunday (26th April), our amazing colleague Emily will be taking on the Stratford-upon-Avon Marathon in aid of Cransley Hospice Trust💪

She’s been training hard over the past few months, showing real dedication and determination and now she’s putting all that effort into supporting an incredible cause.

Grace Homes partnered with Cransley Hospice Trust in early 2022 with an initial goal of raising £5,000 over two years. After reaching that target in just 12 months, we pushed ourselves further… then again… and again!

We’re now aiming for £20,000 by the end of 2026 and with your help, we can get there 🙌

Cransley Hospice Trust provides vital support to patients, families, and carers facing life-limiting illnesses. They are passionate about ensuring high-quality hospice and end-of-life care is available to everyone who needs it.
