This week, our Avery Park Care Home - Avery Healthcare kitchen was filled with the irresistible aroma of cocoa as our residents teamed up to bake a delicious chocolate cake for National Chocolate Day! 🍫🍫🍫🍫

​From cracking eggs to the final dusting of cocoa, everyone got stuck in. The morning was filled with plenty of laughter, shared stories, and—most importantly—lots of smiles. There’s nothing quite like the smell of a freshly baked cake to bring everyone together!🍰🍰🍰🍫🍫🍫

There were smiles all around as our Avery Park Care Home - Avery Healthcare residents spent the afternoon cuddling, petting, and feeding some very special guests. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 A Spectacular Burns Night at Avery Park Care Home - Avery Healthcare ! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

​Our staff and residents honored the life and poetry of Robert Burns in true Scottish style yesterday! ✨✨️✨️

​We kicked off the festivities with a delicious, traditional lunch of Haggis, Neeps, and Tatties 😋.
The celebrations continued into the afternoon with a very special guest—the talented Michelle, who filled the home with the beautiful sounds of the bagpipes. 🎶🎶🎶

​With plenty of Scottish treats and great company, it was an afternoon to remember! 🥃✨🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
