New & Improved Red Light Options ‼️

We’ve had some great feedback on the positive impacts of red light treatment at Ironstone! It has helped cackle chronic pain, injury rehabilitation and training recovery.

However, we also recognise it is being under utilised. From a few chats with clients we know this is in part due to our previous pricing structure. To see the best results from red light therapy you need to attend consistently over a period of weeks or months. On a credits based system, regular treatment would become very costly. Therefore, we are changing the model to be time based.

You can now purchase 1 Month, 3 Month or 6 Month plans. During which you can attend for an UNLIMITED number of sessions!

✨Strong and centred ✨
Hot Hatha yoga with Paul was a welcome retreat from the chilly air this morning. Paul led a challenging series of asanas to develop strength and meditative focus.
Mondays at 9.30, book next weeks class on MindBody to retreat to the warmth.

Welcome to Ironstone Wellbeing Centre

We’re Northamptonshire’s first purpose built Wellbeing Centre. We offer a range of classes, courses and treatments at the centre with everything from hot yoga, pilates, Zumba, mindfulness and children’s yoga. We’re the perfect place for you to switch off, relax and unwind or workout and work up a sweat. Check out our timetable, instructors and our facilities.

We’ve got three beautiful studios which are perfect for classes and four consultation rooms where you can relax and unwind with a different therapy or treatment. We’re purpose built, with showers and ample parking on site.

Whatever your level and interest so there is something for everyone. We also have a number of different therapists working from our centre including physios, sports masseuses and reflexologists. Whatever you’re looking for in order to relax we’re sure you will find exactly what you need in our warm and welcoming centre.
