Hello my Name is Silvia, In the last few years I have successfully been working in the fitness industry and teaching in group exercise classes in the local gyms. I feel totally passionate about helping people getting fit, feeling better and stronger; I do believe this is possible no matter your age; it is never to late to put those trainers on and exercising as this has been my very own experience. Exercise makes you happy, healthier and stronger, also is a great way to meet new people and made new friends. I am qualified Level 3 Personal trainer and Nutrition and Weight management Adviser and I am currently working towards my Level 4 Nutrition to help my clients to achieve the results they want.

Hello all, as I can't leave the Mexican in me I sometimes come across some ideas how to make things a bit healthy. 😀 this reminds me so much of the food you can eat of any MEXICAN Sea shore!! (sorry beer not included)
Pan fried Fish with Pico de Gallo Salad and whole meal wrap nacho chips!!
Portions 1
Ingredients:
-1 portion of cod fillet (size of your palm).
-1 garlic.
-Garlic and herbs seasoning.
-1 teaspoon Olive oil.
-1 tomato finely cubed.
-1/2 avocado cubed.
-1/4 red onion finely chopped.
-2 inches cucumber finely cubed.
-1 table spoon chopped coriander.
-1/2 lime.
-1 whole meal wrap.
NACHOS to make your nacho chips quarter your wrap and put each slice in the toaster, make sure you don't over do them. when they are toasted just cut them into smaller triangles.
FISH finely chop the garlic and use it to season the cod fillet together with the garlic, olive oil and herbs seasoning. Pan fried on a non stick pan.
PICO DE GALLO SALAD Mix all the fresh chopped tomato, red onion, avocado, cucumber, coriander and squeeze the lime in it, mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
