This month's women’s circle will work with the energies of Ostara as a moment of conscious choice. A time to notice what has made it through the winter, what is beginning to grow, and where our energy is best placed as the season turns.

All women are welcome. No experience needed. Spaces are limited and there are only a few left, so if this feels inviting, do book soon.

We have spaces at our free weekly women's circle at The Pod in Burton Latimer. Every Thursday evening 6.30-7.30, this is a safe and warm space to come and be held and heard.

This is a free, friendly session dedicated to women's wellbeing and all women 18+ are so welcome. It can be so difficult to come to a new group for the first time, and there is no expectation to talk or open up - sometimes we just need a place to be in community with other women.

Ebb & Flow Monthly Women’s Circle is back for 2026 and bookings are open!

On Sunday, 11th January, 4–6pm, we gather again in warmth, honesty, and gentle support to open the year together.

January asks for intention rather than urgency. For listening rather than fixing. This circle is a space to pause, breathe, and feel into what you’re ready to call in.

Offerings:
- Tarot and Oracle Cards as a reflective tool (no experience needed)
- Tea shared slowly
- A supportive, held circle of women
- Space to set intentions that feel true to you

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to arrive with answers. Just bring yourself — as you are. This isn't about resolutions or big changes, this is about coming back to yourself and remembering what is truly important to you.

As the year draws inward and the light softens, we’re invited to do the same — to slow down, to breathe, and to tend the quiet fires within.

Join us this Sunday 16th November, 4–6pm, for a nurturing Women’s Circle themed “Tending the Embers: The Importance of Rest.”
