🌟 STORY TIME + Self-Test with Access Bars 🌟

Honestly? I was at the point where I felt like I had no choice but to shut down my business.
I had already spoken to my landlord — and they told me I couldn't even quit the lease until I paid off what I owed.
I felt stuck.

So I asked myself:
👉 What CAN I do right now?

I gave myself an Access Bars session — and something shifted.
Suddenly I felt lighter. More creative. More open.

That same day I started designing little info cards, printed them, and went out to talk to people — handing them out, sharing what I do, and inviting them to try a session.

A few days later, I met someone on the street. We had a great conversation, and later — she actually called me back to book! 🙌

During our chat, she asked:

I didn’t... but her question really stayed with me.

So this morning, I got curious and did some research.
Found an app that measures nervous system balance and stress recovery. No weight, no height, just age and current state.

💡 So I thought: what if I test myself — before and after a session?

I felt calm this morning, so I took a reading:
→ Baseline: 36% (not great 😅)

Then I gave myself my usual Access Bars session...
And afterward?

🖤 The Layers of Grief and the Path to Receiving – Message from Console
Lately, Console keeps showing up “by accident”...
The Oil of Consolation – the one that supports us in processing emotional pain, loss, and heartbreak.

Today I was facilitating a Symphony Session for someone who came to open up to receiving more – to truly allow in what they’re asking for.
And mid-session, Console whispered again.
As if it said:
"There’s still too much focus on what was lost. Unprocessed grief keeps overriding your current desires.”

Old emotional imprints don’t shift until we allow ourselves to see them differently and gently rewrite them.
We often stay stuck in our stories because no one validated our truth, our view wasn’t received, or we simply weren’t seen...
