Did you know we blink up to 60% less when looking at screens?
And when we blink less, our brain doesn’t get the regular reset it needs, so we stay locked in the same position for longer.
This contributes to that stiff neck, tight shoulders, and general ‘tech neck’ tension so many of us feel by the end of the day.
The simple answer is to make sure you take movement breaks.
Set a reminder, stretch your neck, roll your shoulders, and give your body a reset.
(And blink. Seriously, blink!)
