Strengthen & Flex ! Yes our Yoga Trapeze classes have both.

Strength training increases muscle mass and helps maintain bone density, which is crucial for preventing conditions like osteoporosis as you age. Without that stimulus, bones gradually weaken, especially later in life.

There’s also a strong link to injury prevention. Stronger muscles stabilize your joints, reducing the chance of strains or imbalances—especially important if you run, cycle, or sit for long periods.

On top of the physical side, strength training benefits your brain. It’s been shown to improve mood, reduce symptoms of depression, and support cognitive function as you age.

Flexibility training often gets overlooked, but skipping it is a bit like owning a car and never checking the oil—it’ll still run for a while, but you’re setting yourself up for problems.

Flexibility training improves the range of motion in your joints and muscles. That makes everyday movements—bending, reaching, twisting—feel easier and more efficient. It also plays a big role in preventing injuries. Tight muscles are more prone to strains, especially during activities like running, lifting, or even sudden movements.

Four months and over 250 hours of training, studying & practicing.

All aerial classes are held in our Bath Road Kettering Studio.

Cost is £85 for a six week term per session. Individual classes are £15 where space is available.

The Saturday Crew ended this term with an Aerial Yin Practice.

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding passive poses for longer periods—typically 2 to 5 minutes, sometimes even longer. Instead of working muscles actively like in many other yoga styles, yin yoga targets the deeper connective tissues in your body, such as ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones.

Our new 6 week term starts next week and I have a few spaces available for anyone interested in joining us.
