📢 We’re Hiring – Full-Time Female Worker (Croydon Area) 🏡

We’re currently recruiting for a Full-Time Support Worker to join our team and support a male client with a Spinal Cord Injury, living in his own home in Croydon.

💙 Our client is a football fan, animal lover (with a small, calm dog 🐶), and enjoys music and game shows. He’s non-verbal but communicates his needs clearly and has a brilliant sense of humour!

💼 Role Details:

Working on a 2:1 basis in a family home

Support with daily living, personal care, and social activities

Full training provided

Pay: £18–£19 per hour

🧠 Clinical Needs Include:

Tracheostomy & ventilation support

PEG feeding

Catheter care

✅ What We’re Looking For:

A calm, patient, and compassionate person

A team player with good observation & communication skills

Must be comfortable around dogs

Willingness to learn—experience with complex care is a bonus, but not essential

⭐ We are currently recruiting for full time female Support Workers to work with our charming client who has a Spinal Cord Injury living in his own home. Our client is a keen football fan, and animal lover (has a small, calm dog) who enjoys listening to music and watching game shows.⭐

Are you a dedicated Support Worker who thrives in a team environment? 💪🏻

This could be the ideal role for anyone with similar interests. Although non-verbal, our client is excellent at communicating his needs and has a great sense of humour. Good communication & observation skills and patience are essential.

Our client has tracheostomy, is ventilated, has a catheter in situ and is PEG fed. Our client currently receives 2:1 care.

Please apply if you are a calm natured, team player with a good personality who is willing to learn. Full training will be given, however some previous experience in the above would be preferred.

You will be working with our client on a 2-1 basis to build a professional, working relationship and supporting him with the clients activities of daily living, in social and leisure activities at home or in the community.

This post will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

Hours:
Days 7.30am to 7.30pm with Waking nights 7.30pm to 7.30am

Are you a bright, sociable, and energetic individual with a positive outlook?
We are seeking Female Support Workers to provide 1:1 care and support for a gentleman with a spinal cord injury, a brain injury, and complex care needs in his family home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life while supporting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide practical support and personal care in line with the client’s care plan.
Assist with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
Maintain clear verbal and written communication, producing daily records as required.
Undertake household duties and prepare meals.
Work in line with CQC standards and Premium Care Solutions’ procedures.

What We Offer:
Competitive pay, with hourly rates up to £16.50 per hour
Full-time (144 hours/month) and part-time (96 hours/month) roles available
Flexible shifts:
Day shifts (7am-11pm)
Waking nights (11pm-7am)
Sleeping nights (8pm-11pm at waking night rate)
On-Demand Pay – access your earnings before payday (terms apply)
Company pension

Experience & Requirements:
Experience with complex care and challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential.
A full UK driving licence is required.
Non-smokers only.
Must be flexible to work all shifts as part of a team.
Good sense of humour and a compassionate approach to care.
Additional Information:
