Getting things ready for our window display at Wellbeing at With Complements.
I just thought I’d share these on here too . I will get some made up or you could print one off for yourself or children, I’m sure they would find them really interesting. I wish I’d learnt things like this when I was younger , it would have resonated with me more to actually absorb, Stalin and the Bolshevik revolution didn’t really do much for me 😳. ✨ A little reflection from our Sound Bath this weekend ✨
As I mentioned previously, our sessions on Friday evening and Saturday morning were really special. It was so lovely to welcome some new faces alongside our regulars.
A few of our guests had never experienced a sound bath before—some didn’t even know quite what to expect. And that’s often the most beautiful way to come… with no expectations at all.
By the end of the session, everyone left feeling deeply relaxed, unexpectedly calm, and a little bit amazed at just how chilled they felt.
It’s always such a joy to hold these spaces and witness that gentle shift into peace and stillness 🤍
If you’ve been thinking about trying a sound bath but feel unsure… take this as your little nudge. You’ll be warmly welcomed.
