Such a shame the The Faery Realm Shop in Kettering is closing its magical door in a few days . I know they’ve been a wellbeing support similar to us for many years , we’ve not been just a business we’ve been there for people often people have popped in for a chat . But unfortunately with overheads etc it’s becoming harder and
harder for many small businesses to survive and I hope they continue online with their wonderful products . They deserve the continued support . We wish them well on their new journey and hopefully they can enjoy some ‘me time ' too.

Apparently we have 1474 followers to our page 🙌 when we first started 29 years ago all this technology wasn’t even in my radar 🤪 I’m not sure it particularly is now 😅 but I try and keep up .
But I do love numbers , funny because I hated maths …. Perhaps my higher self guiding me to in another direction from a young age .
Apparently you can pay to have followers on certain platforms but I’d like to think the people that have liked and supported us over the years is because they too have a genuine interest into all things spiritual etc .
I thought I’d check the numbers out and I felt it was very interesting and good confirmation. 🙌
We have lots of new beginnings coming even after 29 years of being on high street , always excited to be offering new things ✨there’s been lots of hard work but now it’s having the balance which is so needed for everyone and perhaps more so when you are self employed because you do have to push yourself to keep going sometimes it’s not handed to you on a plate and never get blasé about what you do or offer . Life is changing constantly and we need to keep up . I love the spiritual awakening we are all going through 🙏✨and very grateful for the people we have supporting us on this journey and the other therapists as we build the foundations to be a great team offering all that we do 🙏.
I feel I have perhaps the most positive mindset that I have ever had in my life and I also think the other therapists would say the same …. I really do believe that reiki being a part of my life for over 30 + years has been my salvation. It’s lovely that Apryl Katie Pinckney is working back at With complements as she spent a huge part of her childhood there helping me when we also had it as a shop and Apryl is now getting excited as she is going to be reopening the shop side gradually with the crystals more . And of course others therapist that are now using our rooms to continue growing on their spiritual work to help and support others .

You are also welcome to recommend someone else who you feel would benefit.

All I ask is that I have the receiver’s permission, along with their full name and date of birth. At the time of the session, the receiver should be in a comfortable, relaxed space — not driving — perhaps with gentle music playing, a blanket, and at least 30 minutes set aside to fully receive the treatment.

Distance Reiki supports deep relaxation and helps the body and mind settle into a calm, restorative state.

As we haven’t met up for about 3 weeks I always like to give our energy chakras an extra boost .

(Thursday 8😎 ) we return back to our lovely meditation group .
We’ve grown over the years where each group is becoming a space where we all feel supported for each other too . A place where we can just be ✨☮️, we have different guided meditations with Su Pinckney . Su often uses an instrument that helps the focus for individuals to experience their own journey. We finish with an oracle card which seems apt for that particular evening , they always are good confirmation from what everyone has experienced during the meditation. No one needs to feel they can’t meditate and there’s certainly no pressure. But the more you sit in this peaceful space , the more you will get out of it, as with most things .
Doors open at 6.30 we start at 6.45 until 8 ish ☮️. £8 per session . Spaces are limited although now we’ve moved into our newly decorated room which is downstairs we can now open the evening to a couple more people to join us on a wellbeing journey through meditation. Meditation has many benefits.
