❓ Myth: “Injuries can happen for no reason.”
✅ Answer: False!

❓Myth: “Rest is always the best form of recovery for an injury, and nothing else needs to be done.”
✅ Answer: False!
Whilst rest is important for the recovery of injuries, this is only one part of the puzzle. Exercising and stretching the injured area after a couple of days helps gradually improve the strength in the area, leading to a lower risk of re-injury in the future 💪
